BMW PHEV models (2016)
BMW has introduced new hybrid variants of the 2 Series, 3 Series and 7 Series at the Frankfurt motor show, ahead of those models going on sale in the UK next year.

Fiat Tipo (early 2016)
Fiat’s new Tipo hatchback will go on sale in the UK early next year and will compete with the likes of the Ford Focus, Seat Leon and Vauxhall Astra. Fiat is bringing back the Tipo name for its Focus-rival.

Honda FCV Clarity (2017)
Honda has revealed that its new hydrogen-powered car will be called FCV Clarity, and will be coming to the UK in 2017. Hydrogen-powered production car gets 400+ mile range and arrives in 2017.

Infiniti Q30 (2016)
This is the final production version of the Infiniti Q30, which is on display at the Frankfurt motor show.
Brand’s first family car to compete against Audi A3 and BMW 1 Series.

Renault Megane (summer 2016)

Toyota Prius (early 2016)
The latest version of the hybrid hatchback is even greener than before, emitting 70g/km of CO2 and returning up to 94.1mpg. Fourth-generation Prius promises efficiency gains of 18% compared with outgoing car.

Volkswagen Passat GTE (Late 2015)
The plug-in hybrid Volkswagen Passat GTE has been revealed at the Paris motor show, with promises of 141mpg fuel economy.
